EVENT WILL PROCEED RAIN OR SHINE!
Bowen Park Disc Golf Course
Event Organizer: Alejandro Mujica – email@example.com
Hello disc golfing folks! (And those that have an interest in trying out some disc golf while doing some good!)
Thank you for your interest in participating and supporting the first annual Mo Huck Off! Proceeds from this event will be supporting the Movember Foundation. The Movember Foundation focuses on three main causes: mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. These causes are very close to me.
The need is greater now more than ever in regards to mental health and suicide prevention due to our current environment where we are required to physically isolate and distance ourselves from our friends and loved ones. Many people are suffering and challenged by the feeling of being alone. I am here if you’d like to reach out and talk about anything regarding Movember, this event, or really anything else.
For more information on Movember you can follow this link: ca.movember.com.
Format & Event Details
The format of this event will be a match-play tournament that will be preceded by a full 18-hole round to set seeding for the bracket play. All levels are welcome, there will be a bracket for everyone, and guaranteed fun! This is a one-disc tournament, tournament disc will be announced the week of the event. Your registration/donation includes the tournament disc, which will be the same mold/disc for every participant. You will have the option to play with a second, third, fourth, etc disc(s) of your own for an additional donation. There will be many prizes to be given out to registrants from a variety of event supporters! Prizes will be given out for a variety of reasons, not only just winning your games.
